About us and our corals

We sell live corals and related goods grown and acclimated in our systems in Taiwan. Live animals are natural organisms — colour, size and form vary with lighting and environment. On items marked WYSIWYG the photo is the exact specimen you will receive; others are similar or representative photos.

Ordering and payment

Checkout is currently handled manually: after you submit an order online, we contact you via LINE or phone to confirm the items, payment (bank transfer) and delivery. Submitting an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed only once we confirm and accept it.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in New Taiwan Dollars (NT$); whether shipping is included follows 【shipping policy】. Most live items are one-of-a-kind with a quantity of one and are delisted once sold. Stock is held for you for a limited time after ordering; if confirmation isn't completed in time, the item is released back for sale.

Cancellation and refunds

If an item is out of stock, clearly mispriced, or otherwise cannot be fulfilled, we may cancel the order and fully refund any payment made; the refund method and timing are described on the Returns & Shipping page. Your own return rights are described there too.

Intellectual property

The photos, text and design on this site are our copyrighted work. Please do not reproduce them or use them commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

We describe each item as accurately as we can, but livestock varies by nature and we cannot guarantee specific growth, colouration or husbandry outcomes — these also depend on your tank and care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order; this limit does not apply to liability for intentional or grossly negligent acts, or to liability that may not be limited by law (such as harm to life, body or health caused by the goods). Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). We will try to resolve any consumer dispute by negotiation first; if litigation is necessary, the parties agree to 【competent court】 as a court of first instance, without prejudice to the consumer's statutory right to sue in the court of their own domicile or another court permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; updates take effect when posted on this page, and the version shown on this site prevails.
